The Monkey app has been temporarily removed from the App Store. The developers are working closely with Apple to bring it back soon. What is the best way to report/block someone from moments?

You can report/block inappropriate content or content that violates the community guidelines right from the moment’s page. Reporting a user or their content is entirely anonymous. Follow these steps:

  • Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the post.
  • Click on Report/Block.
  • Your reason for reporting this user should be entered here.

How do you appeal a ban?

According to Monkey Cool’s Community Guidelines, you may be able to appeal the decision if you feel your account was banned for not following them. Here are the steps:

  • In the upper right corner of your profile, click on SETTINGS.
  • Click on the Appeal ban button.
  • You can explain why you believe you were banned by mistake by clicking Submit.

Once they receive this, they will review your account.
