Monkey Cool’s system allows in-app purchases (IAPs) through Google Play and other platforms authorized by it. Whenever you make an IAP, you will be asked to enter details of your application platform account, such as a Google Play account. Your application platform account, such as a Google Play account, will be charged for the IAP per the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase, as well as the general terms for making IAPs that are applicable to your account.
You are solely responsible for managing your purchases. Before making any purchases, you must obtain your parent’s or guardian’s consent if you are under 18 or younger than the legal age of majority in your place of residence. After the initial subscription commitment period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period at the price you agreed to when you subscribed.
If you do not want your subscription to automatically renew, or if you wish to change or cancel your subscription, you can do so within the Monkey App or log in to your application platform account and follow instructions to cancel your subscription. You can do so even if you have deleted your account with them or if you have deleted the Monkey Application from your device.
Some of the Virtual Products they offer are for one-time use only, while others can be used repeatedly. However, “repeated” does not mean “forever.” They may change, modify, or eliminate Virtual Products at any time, with or without notice. If they do so, you agree they will have no liability to you or any third party. You will lose any Products you purchased through the Services if your account is suspended or terminated.
Money is not transferred through Monkey, nor is it a money services business. Such functionality is made available as part of the Services. It is provided by a third party that is unaffiliated and, like any other third-party service, is subject to its own Terms of Service.
